Starting small (don’t jump into trying to build a self-driving car AI on day one!) and gradually increasing complexity will build your confidence. Each little success – maybe your AI model gets 90% accuracy on a task – is very motivating.
- Leverage AI in Your Daily Workflow: Another path to getting comfortable with AI is to start using AI-powered tools in your own work or hobbies. For instance, if you’re a writer or student, tools like Grammarly or Notion AI can help you edit or even generate text and summaries. If you’re into art or design, experiment with AI image upscalers or generators (there are plugins for Photoshop that use AI to, say, smartly enlarge images or remove backgrounds). Even something as simple as using Google Photos AI search (which recognizes objects in your images) reminds you how AI is working for you.
